The P8247 luminaire is a cost-effective solution for flush-mount applications in both residential and commercial markets. It is wet-located, meets Title 24 - JA8 - 2016 requirements, and is suitable for fire-rated applications. The P8247 combines performance, cost, and safety benefits, with a Brushed Nickel finish.
The luminaire features a diffused polycarbonate lens that controls direct glare from the LEDs, providing a comfortable lighting experience. Its simple snap-in installation makes it easy to install in a J-Box, and the die-cast aluminum construction with a powder coat paint finish ensures durability and longevity.
The P8247 offers flicker-free dimming to 10% brightness, compatible with a wide range of Triac/Forward Phase dimmers (see Dimming Notes for details). The luminaire can be installed in a 4" J-Box, and its lumen output and distribution are comparable to a 65W incandescent lamp, making it a suitable replacement option.
The P8247 is designed for use in both IC (Insulated Ceiling) and NON-IC applications, ensuring versatility in installation. Additionally, the luminaire meets the requirements of California's Title 24 - JA8 - 2016, making it compliant with the state's energy efficiency standards.
